Your extensions come with ten wefts and custom-designed, multi-sized clips contoured to lie flat (no bumps), without glue or tape to damage your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return extensions within 60 days from the ship date if the seal remains intact. All Beyond extensions come in a box with a lower compartment that contains one weft from your 10 piece set to preview quality and color under different lighting conditions from the comfort of home. The main, upper compartment with the remainder of your extension set is sealed and should not be opened until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are unable to accept any exchanges or returns when the seal on the top portion of the box is broken or void. Beyond hair extensions are a hygienic product and we follow standard industry practice to ensure the comfort and safety of all our customers.
Your package will include a convenient SmartPost label to facilitate any returns. If you choose to use the SmartPost return label, $8.95 will be deducted from your exchange credit or refund. Exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization Number to receive timely processing and be eligible for a full credit. To receive a Return Authorization Number, complete the return authorization form at www.beyondextensions.com/return-authorization. We recommend selecting a color from the images below that is the closest match to your hair (from the mid length to the ends). It’s best to stand in natural light when matching your hair.
This multi-dimensional, multipurpose shade, Light Blonde, has flattering beige undertones to blend in naturally with your own color or add highlights to brighten your look. If you’re looking to custom dye, Light Blonde is your best bet. But, we recommend having it done at a salon.
