Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be BEYOND happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 60 days from their ship date as per the guidelines below. To qualify for an exchange or return on extensions, it is critically important that you only open the lower, unsealed box compartment with the sample weft to preview quality and color. We are unable to accept any exchanges or returns when the seal on the top portion of the box is broken or void. Beyond hair extensions are a hygienic product and we follow standard industry practice to ensure the comfort and safety of all our customers.

Exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization Number to receive timely processing and be eligible for a full credit. To receive a Return Authorization Number, complete the return authorization form at www.beyondextensions.com/return-authorization. After your return request is accepted, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number which should be written on the outside of your package as well as on the Exchange/Return form enclosed with your package.

Guidelines

  • All exchanges and returns will be inspected. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be processed for an exchange or refund.
  • If the seal is broken or void on the top portion of an extension box, it cannot be processed for an exchange or refund.
  • The sample weft must be returned attached to its backing and unaltered to be processed for an exchange or refund.
  • Opened wet items will not be processed for an exchange or refund.
  • Swatch kits are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Any items received back after 60 days from ship date are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping & processing fees are non-refundable, however, all exchange orders will be delivered free of charge, excluding additional fees for expedited delivery. If you choose to use the convenient SmartPost label included with your package to return an item, $9.95 will be deducted from your exchange credit or refund.

Exchanges and refunds are normally processed within 3 business days of receipt. Qualified refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please keep all shipping receipts and tracking information.
